विटामिन सी की कितनी जरूरत होनी चाहिए

विटामिन सी की जरूरत उम्र के हिसाब से अलग-अलग होती है महिला एवं पुरुष को 40mg प्रतिदिन, गर्भवती महिलाओं को 60mg प्रतिदिन, दूध पिलाने वाली माताओं को 80mg प्रतिदिन, 1 से 12 महीने के बच्चों को 25mg प्रतिदिन, 4 से 9 वर्ष के बच्चे को 40mg प्रतिदिन, 10 से 17 वर्ष के बच्चों या लड़कों को 40mg प्रतिदिन विटामिन सी लेना चाहिए। इसी नियम के अनुसार अगर हम विटामिन सी ले तो मैं हमारा शरीर निरोग रहेगा।
